The information below must be read thoroughly and carefully before any booking is made. These terms and conditions are not subject to variation without prior consent in writing from Sneaky Fox Outdoors. Once a completed booking form has been accepted by written confirmation, the client(s) named on the booking form will have entered into a binding contract on the basis of the following Terms and Conditions.

Any agreement based on the outlined terms and conditions arise upon the fulfillment of the following.
a) Receipt and clearance in Sneaky Fox Outdoors Bank Account of full payment or deposit as detailed in section 2 below and a fully completed booking form.
b) That the signature on the booking form is taken as the client attending the course or by a legally recognised agent of the client, i.e. a Parent or Legal Guardian, School, College for and on their behalf.
c) The Agreement is between Sneaky Fox Outdoors and the client(s) on the booking form and is the “Sole Agreement” between those parties.
d) Sneaky Fox Outdoors reserves the right to refuse bookings to any party or individual without the need to give reasons solely at the discretion of Sneaky Fox Outdoors and we will return any payment accompanying the booking form to the person who made the booking.
The balance of the fees as specified on the booking form must be paid in full by the date specified on the booking form, or if no date is specified, no later than 8 weeks before the course.
If not paid, Sneaky Fox Outdoors reserves the right to treat the “Agreement” as being cancelled by the client(s) in relation to Clause 3 below. Bookings made within 8 weeks of course commencement must be accompanied by payment in full.
3. Cancellation of courseor Activities Booked
In consideration of the substantial preparation that Sneaky Fox Outdoors will undertake prior to any course or activity, the client must be aware of the following conditions and therefore agrees to them in full. If the booking is cancelled for any reason the following charges will be applied:
a) Cancellation more than 8 weeks before the course or activity starts the deposit will be returned.
b) Cancellation 4-8 weeks before course or activity’s commencement, 50% of the course or activity costs being payable by the client(s).
c) Cancellation less than 4 weeks before course or activity commencement 100% of the course or activity fees will be payable by the client(s) to Sneaky Fox Outdoors.
4. Variation of course by Woodcraft School
By its very nature a Sneaky Fox Outdoors course or activity is subject to natural forces and although every effort is made to comply with the course or activity content advertised, Sneaky Fox Outdoors reserves the right to alter the content of any course or activity to match any natural variables.
The client acknowledges that information provided by us is given to the best of our ability but that because of natural variables it may be necessary to change the itinerary and that in such circumstances it is not reasonable for Sneaky Fox Outdoors to be liable for any losses as a result and that our liability is limited accordingly.
5. Parental/Guardian Consent Forms
All children or young people under the age of 18 years must present a signed Parental or Legal Guardian Permission Form with the required information areas completed. All children, young people must be accompanied by an appointed Adult, Parent or Legal Guardian at all events unless prior arrangement has been agreed between Sneaky Fox Outdoors and the Client(s) under agreement.
Failure to submit a signed permission slip will result in cancellation of the client(s) Booking.
6. Medical & Dietary Information
In addition to Section 5 the medical and dietary needs of each individual must accompany a Permissions Form. Failure to submit this information will result in cancellation of the client(s) Booking.
Sometimes Sneaky Fox Outdoors provides food as part of some activities programmed. Whilst we cater for vegetarians and vegans alike, if you suffer from life threatening allergies from substances such as nuts etc. then we advise you to provide meals for yourself and a reduction to the Course or Activity costs will be made as a conciliatory measure, where appropriate.
8. Client Conduct
All clients of Sneaky Fox Outdoors are expected to behave in a reasonable and responsible manner at all times and to comply with the reasonable instructions and leadership of the Sneaky Fox Outdoors Team.
Sneaky Fox Outdoors reserves the right to remove any client(s) from the Course or Activity if the behaviour of the client(s) is unacceptable, this will be at the Instructor/Leader's absolute discretion without recourse to repayment for that Course or Activity and against the client(s) wishes if necessary, especially if the safety of others is at risk, in which case the Police will be asked to attend.
Circumstances that may warrant exclusion from a Course or Activity includes (without limitation) to the following, intoxication, use of non-prescription drugs, or A abusive or bullying behaviour, inability to meet the rigors of the Course or Activity due to an individual’s physical, emotional or mental health reasons, or through lack of appropriate equipment. If you are in any doubt about your ability to meet the rigors of any Course or Activity, please consult with your GP before booking.
If for any reason a removal of any party under such conditions is warranted, Sneaky Fox Outdoors will not be liable to any losses as a result and in addition, Sneaky Fox Outdoors will be entitled to any reasonable costs arising from damage or the removal of a client(s) which will be payable upon demand.
In addition, appointed Agents, Parents or Legal Guardians or those in a position of similar responsibility are to ensure the behaviour and safe control of any children or young people to the satisfaction of Sneaky Fox Outdoors under such conditions.
Sneaky Fox Outdoors is covered to a level of £5,000,000 for Public Liability.
Sneaky Fox Outdoor is insured as an Outdoor Activities Provider and hereby advises it’s client(s) to consider if they require any additional personal injury insurance to protect them if they are found to be at fault for any personal injury, to ensure it is in force prior to participating on any course or activity.
Personal Insurance Cover can be obtained at a reasonable cost, (cover can be arranged on a daily basis) from a well-established Company, e.g. Insure & Go. (www.insureandgo.com).
Please read and understand the conditions under 'Hazardous Activities' in the Insurance Policy with regards to "working with hand tools".
Sneaky Fox Outdoors Courses and Activities take place in the great outdoors, which by its nature is never completely free from hazard. While all reasonable precautions are taken to minimise the risks to all clients and staff alike, we accept that accidents including serious injury and even death, (at the extreme) can occur without Sneaky Fox Outdoors being held as being at fault.
In addition, client(s) are advised to recognise that Sneaky Fox Outdoors is not responsible for loss or damage to the personal property of the client including vehicles, money, clothing and/or equipment. The client also recognises that by attending a course or activity with Sneaky Fox Outdoors attendance in no way qualifies the client(s) to teach the course or activity content to others.
Sneaky Fox Outdoors accepts no responsibility for any mishap occurring to third parties taught by attendees of any Sneaky Fox Outdoors course or activity. In addition, Sneaky Fox Outdoors accepts no responsibility for any mishap during a course from any instruction or information not given by Sneaky Fox Outdoors appointed instructors or assistants.
Sneaky Fox Outdoors also takes no responsibility for any mishaps occurring as a result of any client(s) failure to follow instruction. Sneaky Fox Outdoors will only accept liability for physical injury to a client in which it is proved that the injury was as a direct result from negligence on the part of Sneaky Fox Outdoors.
11. Course & Activity Sites
Sneaky Fox Outdoors utilises a wide range of appropriate sites for courses and activities and undertakes to ensure that they are inspected for safety reasons. We ensure that a risk assessment is written to highlight any hazards to assist us in planning for all operations and reducing risks as much as possible.
Sneaky fox Outdoors also provides a mobile service, which means that we are able to provide bespoke courses and activities at a client(s) site. It is the client(s) responsibility to ensure that all “full permissions” for such courses and activities to take place on the property of the owner prior to booking with Sneaky Fox Outdoors.
Sneaky Fox Outdoors is insured to operate on any location and will only accept liability for injury that is proved to be the fault of Sneaky Fox Outdoors. Sneaky Fox Outdoors will not accept any liability for site damage or Legal Action from a property owner if it is proved that the client(s) did not secure appropriate permissions prior to or during a course or activity-taking place. The liability between the property owner and the client(s) will be for them to resolve between themselves.
12. Cancellation by Sneaky Fox Outdoors
In the event that Sneaky fox Outdoors cancels a course, all monies will be refunded in full, or if preferred, transferred as a deposit for another course. Please note that Sneaky Fox Outdoors requires a minimum number of 6 clients to run a course unless prior arrangement has been agreed between the client(s) and Sneaky fox Outdoors.
Sneaky Fox Outdoors reserves the right to cancel all and any bookings without reason or notice. Under these unlikely circumstances Sneaky Fox Outdoors agrees to repay in full all and any deposits or course/activity fees to the client.
In the unlikely event that a client has cause for complaint about a Sneaky Fox Outdoors course or activity, the complaint should be made to a representative of Sneaky Fox Outdoors during the event in order that corrective action can be taken if necessary. If the complaint is about a member of staff then please contact the office and we shall inform you of the complaints procedures so we can take the necessary action.
A complaint must be made immediately. Sneaky Fox Outdoors will not accept a complaint after the end of the course. However, should a problem not be resolved at source, a complaint should be made in writing within 28 days or any complaint will not be upheld.
Please note all of our staff team is Enhanced CRB checked and cleared with the Criminal Records Bureau.
Sneaky Fox Outdoors does not offer client(s) transportation to courses or activity sites. We do work in partnership with other Youth Organisations who undertake all risks in transporting their young people. It is therefore; the responsibility of the client(s) or their representatives authorised to book with Sneaky Fox Outdoors to ensure safe travel for anyone attending a course or activity with Sneaky Fox Outdoors.
15. Data Protection
All information relating to our client(s) is confidential and will not be passed on to any third party or organisation without the written permission of our client(s). There are exceptions to this agreement where a Court Order or Police Authority who has a legal right to access confidential information in pursuit of their duties. In addition, where child protection or the protection of vulnerable adults has raised concerns, Sneaky Fox Outdoors will undertake to report any concerns to the appropriate authorities for their action.
